You will find ordering on our site very easy, safe and secure. just click on the items you wish to add to your cart, and when you are ready click on check out at the top of the page and follow the instructions.
As soon as we receive your order we will contact you by telephone to confirm delivery costs and a delivery date.

Returns Policy
Should you need to return an item please contact us first, we will not accept delivery of returns without prior arrangement.
Any faulty goods MUST be returned to us within 7 days for technical inspection, which may be at our store or the manufacturer, prior to a replacement item being despatched.Goods returned will be at your expense and returned parcels are your responsibilty until safely recieved by us.
Please note any unwanted goods are to be returned to us within 14 days and must be in their original condition and packaging.
Any items recieved damaged should not be signed for and returned immediately to the delivery person.
Any items opened after delivery that are found to be damaged, faulty or incomplete must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt.
Delivery
Orders over £50.00 are delivered free of charge (with exceptions of some products)
Orders under £50.00 as soon as we recieve your order we will contact you with the delivery charge which will be kept to a minimum.
Products will be normally delivered within 3-7 days excluding saturday,sunday and bank holidays.
